Welcome to the Rotary Club Operations Guidance and Procedures page. This is your go-to place for easy access to all our club’s important procedures and guidance documents.

Most of the original source documents are maintained in the club’s Google Drive, but we’ve gathered key procedures here for your convenience.

If you can’t find a procedure you need, please feel free to develop one and submit it to the board for review. Alternatively, you can ask the board to create the necessary procedure.

To keep everything current and clear, please ensure all documents include the date they were created or last updated.
