Celebrating 20 Years of Erie Rotary
It all started back in 1905 with Paul Harris, a Chicago attorney who dreamed of bringing together people from different professions to share ideas and give back. That simple idea grew into Rotary International—a worldwide family, millions of members, friends, and partners serving in 200+ countries with heart and purpose.
Then in May 2006, a group of passionate local leaders brought that same spirit right here to Erie, Colorado. From our very first meeting, Erie Rotary has been about rolling up our sleeves and making a difference—whether it’s supporting our youth, improving public spaces, partnering with neighbors, or joining hands with global efforts through The Rotary Foundation.
Now, as we look ahead to our 20th anniversary in 2026, we’re feeling proud and inspired by the impact we’ve made together—and excited for the journey still ahead. Every service project, scholarship, event, and volunteer moment reminds us that when we join forces, big things happen.
