Their mission? To create a Rotary experience where people feel welcomed, supported, and motivated to stay involved.

What We Do:

Check in with members during major life events—both celebrations and challenges

Help new and existing members find meaningful ways to plug in

Coordinate volunteer opportunities and simplify sign-ups

Recognize contributions and build a culture of appreciation

Promote member well-being, connection, and retention
