Peach Distribution/Sales Volunteers

Get ready for a great event. Here is the latest information about the peach pick up and point of sale activities Sat Aug 2nd and 3rd 
 
Sat Aug 2 
Pick Up Peaches in Boulder at 7am - at Nothing Bundt Cakes
Transport to both locations for a quick set up. Set up starts at 8 with pick up of pre-orders/onsite sales begin at 9am.

Full Box of peaches $35 (approx 18 peaches, 10#)

Half Box of peaches $20 (approx 10 peaches, 5#)

All Jam $10 - WE HAVE EXTRA JAM TO SELL!! (Flavors - Peach, Peach habanero, Peach jalapeno, Peach bourbon

Maple Syrup $12

 

How to Pay

  1. Pay with Cash
  2. Use the QR code, and they pay online. A QR code will be available at the table. Confirm finalized sale prior to delivery. 
  3. Tap to Pay - In process, we will train on site if used.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR DAY OF PEACH DISTRIBUTION/SALES

Your job is to help facilitate the distribution and sales of Rotary Peaches. 

 

Most will be distributions at the Chamber. 

Please review carefully and be meticulous in checking off those who pick up their peaches and making sure they get what they ordered.

 

Below is a sample of actual orders this year. 

  • They will be organized alphabetically by last name. Which is found in the third column. 
  • There is an empty space to the left of the person’s name. This is where you check off that they have picked up their order. 
  • The amount they are ordering is found in the fifth column, Quantity. What they ordered is found under Order (next to quantity) 
  • In general, we will remove the names that do not have a ‘quantity’ by them. But as you can see in Example 1, Chris Fukai is mentioned twice, but only in the first line is his order. In actuality, every time someone has an order greater than a quantity of one, we have a row for them. We aim to remove those rows, but just in case, don’t be surprised if you see this. Check off the ‘blank’ row just as well. We don’t want to get confused later on. 
  • Usually, when a person’s name is mentioned twice or more, it means they ordered two or more different items. Such as peaches and a jam. You will see this in Example 2 - Amber Strevey. Again, check off both of those columns. Do also note that she did buy 4 boxes of peaches.
